Hi, Iβm Kristen.
Iβm a mom to three, military wife, and advocate for medical freedom and really love sharing JESUS. My journey hasnβt been easy, but itβs one Iβm deeply passionate about sharing to help others have informed consent and doing their research when it comes to their children and themselves.
In 2021, I gave birth to my daughter, my βplandemic baby,β during one of the most challenging times of my life. I had spent hours researching while pregnant, feeling an urgency in my spirit to dig deeper into what I had once trusted without question. My work as a NICU nurse and my faith gave me insight and clarity about the need to make choices aligned with my values.
I help families live safer, healthier lives through natural health and holistic wellness. I also offer one-on-one consultations to help you feel informed and empowered, so you can confidently advocate for yourself and your children.

The turning point I desperately needed.
A New Path Forward.
Between the rising cost of everything, paying off debt, and managing student loans, taking a family trip like this was simply out of reach. I was working endless night shifts, barely keeping up, and missing precious time with my kids. Then, during the mandates, I lost my job because I refused to comply.
At the time, it felt like my world was falling apart. Now, I see it was the turning point I desperately needed. It gave me the chance to step back, rebuild, and create the changes necessary for my dreams to become reality.
Have you even been able to dream in the last couple years!? I know most people have told me they are drowning. Iβm on mission to help the ones of us out here that are ready to make the changes and work hard to dream big again!
Getting fired turned out to be one of the greatest blessings of my life. It pushed me to prioritize my family, find a new path, and build a life where we donβt just survive β we thrive.
